The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and a shopping mall, making it easy to travel and explore. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff provides excellent service, being prompt and friendly. The breakfast at Chanakya Restaurant is delicious and offers a variety of options. The hotel also has parking available for guests.
There were a few instances where the staff was slow in fulfilling requests and forgot certain amenities, which slightly affected the overall experience.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and the rates were reasonable. The location was great, close to shopping and entertainment. The room was tidy and clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions on places to visit. The hotel even had a good restaurant that served decent food.
The service was really bad. It took the staff over an hour to bring up extra towels and the phone in the room did not work properly.
